I am a veteran of the 2004-2007 Real Estate market which saw spectacular appreciation during those years; it's uncanny how the market today mirrors that market of 15 years ago.
Market interest rates hit a low in February but have begun to edge higher. VA rates are 3% and Conventional rates are at 3.375%; Good credit is a must (March 11, 2021).
